During a visit on the Platform, the server creates logs for each visitor, i.e. registers the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Visitor/User and other technical data, such as date/time of request, requested web page with universal resource locator (URL), HTTP -code and bytes served during the visit. System-level logs are used solely for troubleshooting within the Platform infrastructure. These server logs may also be used to examine Internet traffic patterns by day or day of the week, and for efficient website administration. Adequate hosting resources and fine-tuning of website performance can be assisted by analysing web server logs. Only authorized administrators (super admin) responsible for smooth operation of the systems, backups and upgrades have access to these logs.

If you do not provide the mandatory data for a specific activity that requires it, you will not be allowed to engage in that activity or continue with the next steps in creating the Profile and activating it. We note that APOD does not have access to the data you provide in your Profile, but the Platform automatically aggregates the User data, such as number of profiles per job position for the Users, and generates them as aggregated data on the Platform. These data do not identify the User. APOD uses this data (total number of profiles by job positions) for statistical and analytical purposes in order to improve the content and functionality of the Platform and for general information to Users and/or third parties.
The Platform does not use Cookies at the moment.
